Apni Boli Bol (Speak in Your Native Language) by GCLL and CCA
Apni Boli Bol is a student-based and student-led initiative organized by the Centre in collaboration with CCA to celebrate a variety of languages spoken at LUMS. The programme began with an open mic session at which students read highly sensitive and heart touching pieces of writing while trying to make sense of English as the mandatory mediator language used at most events. The open mic was followed by the intricately rehearsed regional dance and song performances by the many societies. The curtains finally closed after the spectacular performance put up by the Dramaline Society of ‘Dulla’.
